We encourage you to access the platform now and log in to ensure you are set up before the start of the live sessions.
The system is set up to automatically detect your local time zone when you log in. Please ensure that your time zone is set up appropriately to see all program details in your local time. You can adjust the time zone via the “Program” or “My Settings” tabs.
Via the “My Settings” tab you can upload your picture and update your profile information.
An important element of the Congress is the opportunity for all attendees to connect. Via the delegate directory tab, registered delegates can search and view the profile of all attendees and faculty, and connect with email.
Your email or phone number will never be displayed publicly. You can opt-out of the delegate directory by adjusting the privacy options on the “My Settings” tab.
All live sessions run on Zoom. A button will appear when a session is live or about to start. Simply click on the button and you will be directed to the Zoom room.
During the live Q&A periods, we encourage everyone to post questions or comments to the speakers and moderators via the Q&A tab in the Zoom room.
Note:If you are presenting virtually, please access that specific session via the Speaker Ready Room (SRR).
If you have missed a session, you will be able to access the on-demand recordings within a maximum of 48hrs from its scheduled time. You can access and view the recordings via the Program tab.
