Group registration discount for in-person attendance

To facilitate in-person attendance at the Congress, we are pleased to offer a great incentive for group registrations:

Organizations registering 30 or more delegates for the in-person Congress will receive a 10% discount on registration fees
Organizations registering 50 or more delegates for the in-person Congress will receive a 15% discount on registration fees

To benefit from the discount, the complete list of delegates must be submitted by July 30, along with full payment. Discounts are not applicable to individual or virtual Congress registrations. Important Notes:

1To register for the reduced member fee, you must be a member in good standing of The Transplantation Society (TTS) or the Argentinian Society of Transplantation (SAT) or a member of one of the transplantion societies which are part of the Latin American and Caribbean Transplant Society (STALyC). Please refer to point 3 below.

2STALyC Member fee applies to Members of national transplant societies from one the following countries: Argentina, Barbados, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, México, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Perú, Puerto Rico, República Dominicana, Trinidad Tobago, Uruguay, Venezuela, Islas Vírgenes. Proof of membership may be required at time of registration.

3Students/Fellows/Trainees are required to submit an official letter (in English) on their Institution’s letterhead signed by their supervisor or head of department OR submit a photocopy of their 2021-2022 student/license ID with a validation date. The letter or ID must be uploaded online at the time of registration.

4Allied Healthcare Professional (AHP) are required to submit an official letter (in English) from their employer confirming they currently work as an AHP. The document needs to be uploaded online at the time of registration.
