We are looking for medical students who have the time, dedication and enthusiasm to assist us delivering a successful TTS 2022 Congress in Buenos Aires!

Volunteers are a valued part of the Congress. You will be the first contact for many of the attendees. You will cover a critical role in welcoming foreign participants, facilitate the executing of the Congress and foster a spirit of helpfulness and hospitality.

Souvenirskeep the official volunteer vest as a souvenir. You will also be provided with free food and beverages while on duty.

Requirements from volunteers:

  • Be 18yo and over
  • Be enrolled in a medical school in Buenos Aires
  • Commit to at least one 7-hour shift on two consecutive days (total of 14 hours)
  • Attend a mandatory 3-hours training and orientation session on Fri, Sept.9 or Sat, Sept. 10
  • Agree to wear the volunteer vest while on duty
  • Have a good working knowledge of English  
  • Be professional, committed, hardworking, reliable and culturally sensitive

Volunteers’ tasks vary and include the following:

  • Assist with delegate registration
  • Assist with general congress information and venue finding
  • Monitor delegate attendance by badge scanning
  • Assist with the running of educational sessions and chairs instructions
  • Assist with the Q&A sessions
  • Assist speakers in the Speaker Ready Room
  • Assist with bus transfers
